Offering Fabrication, Welding, Machining, and Vibratory Stress Relief since 1960.
Valley Machine & Welding was founded in 1960 by Mr. Harold S. Long in a backyard shop at his Georgia residence. Soon thereafter, Mr. Long joined with Mr. Hubert Loveless and Mr. Pettus Guinn and expanded the business to Fagan Street in Chattanooga, Tennessee to service the local market.
After a series of changes in ownership, in 2003, Mr. Clark Werner became President and CEO and remained in this position until 2019. Under Mr. Werner’s leadership, the company began to pursue business on a regional basis, ultimately serving customers throughout the Eastern US and beyond.
With Mr. Werner’s desire to retire, in March 2019, the company was purchased by an ownership group comprised of three manufacturing professionals from the Middle Tennessee area who changed the name of the company to Valley Machine, LLC.
The ownership group plans to operate and grow Valley Machine to even greater heights. Today the company is poised to serve the fabrication and machining needs of United States with a reputation for on-time custom work exceeding customer expectations.
